The infrastructure
that keeps every signal
on course.
Corewire Networks designs, installs and sustains the physical ICT backbone behind data centres, campuses and critical facilities — from the first termination to the last mile.
Corewire Networks is a specialist ICT contractor delivering structured cabling, fibre backbone and data centre infrastructure for facilities that can't afford downtime — hospitals, exchanges, campuses and hyperscale halls alike.
We work as an extension of the M&E and facilities teams already on site, sequencing our containment, cable and testing works around live construction and live operations, and handing over documentation that stands up years later.
How we run a project →- 18Years delivering ICT fit-outs
- 240+Facilities cabled & commissioned
- 99.98%Post-handover link pass rate
Six disciplines, one crew.
Each service is delivered by the same in-house team, so cabling, containment and commissioning are never handed between subcontractors.
Structured cabling
Copper and fibre horizontal cabling, containment and first/second fix, tested and certified to TIA and ISO standards.
Data centre fit-outs
Rack and stack, hot/cold aisle containment, structured trunking and upgrades to live halls with zero-disruption cutovers.
Fibre & backbone
Campus and inter-building backbone, OS2 and OM4 fibre runs, splicing and end-to-end loss testing.
Fire & life-safety integration
Fire alarm and gas detection cabling and panel integration, coordinated with base-build M&E on the same programme.
Sustaining & FM support
Ongoing moves, adds and changes, MACs, and reactive fault response under retained facilities agreements.
Energy & BMS upgrades
LED retrofits, thermal upgrades and building management sensors that cut power draw across ICT and comms rooms.
Four stages, in this order.
The sequence rarely changes — what changes is how tightly it has to run around your site's live operations.
Site survey & pathway audit
We walk existing containment, riser capacity and comms rooms, and flag conflicts with the M&E programme before a single cable is ordered.
Cabling schedule & containment design
Pathway drawings, patch schedules and a test plan are signed off with your IT and facilities teams ahead of procurement.
Install, terminate, test
First and second fix run against the live construction programme; every link is tested and certified before handover.
Documentation & ongoing support
As-built records, warranty registration and an optional retained MAC service so the network keeps pace with the building.
Where the network can't go down.
Same crew, same test standard, regardless of the building around us.
